Our History
Founded in 1991, M.A.P. was built on a vision of providing superior, client-focused systems and services to Sales, Sales Training, and Marketing professionals within the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. Backed by decades of hands-on experience, M.A.P. quickly rose to national recognition, earning a place on the Inc. 500 list of fastest-growing companies in 1998. The company’s foundation is anchored by its three founding leaders: President and CEO John Litwinka, whose extensive background includes senior roles in pharmaceutical marketing and data-driven program development; Vice President and Creative Director Susan Litwinka, who brings a sharp focus on communications, training, and user experience; and Vice President and General Manager Jenny Narciso, who oversees operations with a meticulous eye for project execution, quality control, and client service.
